Launch of Early College Culinary Institute
On Wednesday, April 5, members of Columbus State Community College, Metro Early College High School, Chocolate Café, and PAST Foundation gathered to formally announce the launch of the Columbus State Early College Culinary Institute. During this two-year project, 60+ students will learn firsthand about daily food protection and organization receiving food safety and protection certifications.

2017 MATE Buckeye Regional ROV Competition –
May 6th @OSU

Join us for Marine Advanced Technology Education’s competition in Columbus, Ohio at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion on Saturday, May 6th. MATE uses underwater robots – also known as remotely operated vehicles or ROVs – to teach science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and prepare students for technical careers. Working in partnership with the Marine Technology Society ROV Committee, MATE created the ROV competition as a way to engage students in the industry. This event is open to the public.
