Meet the Applied Experience Affiliates
The Applied Experience Affiliate Network is a social enterprise and partnership of for-profit and non-profit organizations formed for the purpose of supporting the integration of education and commercial activities at the PAST Innovation Lab. This integration serves to promote contextualized learning through applied, authentic experiences that ultimately lead to fulfillment of gaps in the technical workforce.
Applied Experience, LLC
Applied Experience, LLC (AXP) is a for-profit social enterprise that integrates progressive education models into commercial activities including product incubation, small-scale manufacturing, prototype development, and engineering and design services. AXP is the managing member of the Applied Experience Affiliate Network (AXPAN).
Auld Corporation
Auld Corporation is a global creative manufacturing and product development supplier to industry. Solutions include engineering and design, individual components, sub-assemblies, complete concept through final product production and supply of injection mold tooling. Auld Corporation is a social enterprise and as such the strategic goals of Auld Corporation include bringing a certain amount of significant new products to market that improve the health and well-being of individuals.
Tribology Associates
Tribology Associates consults and advises domestic and international companies on the most challenging problems in the analysis of surface interaction while in motion. Projects include analysis of friction and wear in the design and application of bearings, lubrication and interfacing surfaces. Tribology Associates has extensive experience and expertise in general mechanism design and fabrication.

Bigger Tuna, LLC is a full-service development team committed to helping companies and individuals create, organize, and deliver product solutions to the marketplace. Whether trouble shooting existing Intellectual Property or developing a product or service from just an idea, Bigger Tuna, LLC will work to make sure the project has what it needs to succeed. Part of the design process is assessing the growth of the idea and spotting opportunities. Bigger Tuna, LLC gets the idea covered quickly so that the project may be introduced to strategic partners that are identified along the way.
PixElement
PixElement provides comprehensive cloud-based imagery processing services including dense point clouds, surface models, digital elevation models, orthorectified imagery contour maps, and volumetrics using unmanned vehicles. Unmanned vehicles have the ability to collect data with higher speed, accuracy, and resolution than conventional methods in human capital intensive fields such as engineering, surveying, and construction, and their uses and applications will only continue to accelerate. The PixElement team consists of software and computer vision experts who continuously work to improve the platform and provide customers with cutting edge data processing that works at lightning speed with flawless accuracy.
